Our search for something healthy and different quickly became a realisation that the most ancient superfood was hardly known in Australia.

And what began as good intentions for regenerating an idyllic hideaway, has become an industrious commitment to improving the land and nourishing the world with this healthy little snack.

Enjoying
your jujubes

  • Our delicious Yellow Silk Jujubes are in season from January to April and you can find us in your local greengrocer.

  • Jujubes can be eaten at different stages of ripeness. You can eat them when they are green or as they turn yellow. And most commonly you can eat them when they are dark red and shrivelled. They will generally get sweeter as they ripen.

  • Jujubes are the perfect snack or ingredient for a myriad of dishes. Get inspired here
